Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the specialised nature of research compounds, all sales made through AXIONX Labs are considered final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any use outside of intended research purposes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, a replacement or refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence is provided
- The product remains unused and in its original condition
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all order details are correct prior to checkout, including product selection and shipping information.
AXIONX Labs is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, AXIONX Labs is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers.
Any shipping-related claims must be directed to the relevant courier service.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Products not stored correctly after delivery
- Products reported outside the claim window
