Purchase Options
AXIONX Labs may offer both one-time purchases and structured purchase options, including bundled or recurring orders.
By selecting a purchase option, you agree to the terms associated with that selection at the time of checkout.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made prior to processing and dispatch.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Subscription / Recurring Orders (if applicable)
For any recurring or subscription-based orders:
- You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle
- Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded
It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription settings in advance of renewal.
Processing & Commitment
Due to the controlled nature of fulfilment and product handling, all confirmed orders are treated as final once processing begins.
AXIONX Labs operates within structured fulfilment systems, and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order is in progress.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled prior to processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
